The Spinning Disk is a wood based obstacle that is ideal all skill levels of athletes. This obstacle (24") will rotate freely 360 degrees around and helps athletes train in grip and body control. There is a small 3/4" lip that lines the entire disk to provide a little more grip. This comes with mounted bearings that fit 1.66" or 1.9" OD pipe. Pipe is not included.
All Silent Kninja wood obstacles are made with Birch and painted/coated for years of enjoyment. Wood based holds should not be left outdoors for long periods of time.
