The Delivery #1 is a wood based obstacle that is ideal for all ages. This versatile obstacle (28" x 12") can be hung in multiple orientations to bring variety to your training. Hang it vertically and grab the small handles. For more of a challenge grab the sides. Hang it upside down for a window grab. Hung in either directions you can use rings on the handles. Two in a row and try moving rings from the outside handles to the inside handles.
All Silent Kninja wood obstacles are made with Birch and painted/coated for years of enjoyment. Wood based holds should not be left outdoors for long periods of time.
