The Buoy is a fun grip training hold that has a changeable base to meet your ever changing training needs. Switch between an extra textured 1.5", 1". or a challenging 0.75" ledge base which is secured in place with a 3/8" Socket Head Bolt in the bottom of the hold. You can also remove the base altogether for a mini slip chuck! Don't forget the straps and carabiner clips.
