Looking to train your grip? These short ropes are great for grip training in gyms and home gyms alike. The 30" rope is a great substitute for traditional hold in traversing or use two of them with pull-ups. The 44" is a little longer, but gives you a little room to make short climbing moves up and down. Both sizes are available in Black or White.
